Where Do Crabs Live ?

Where Do Crabs Live ?

Sometimes we see crabs in the water, but sometimes walk on land. Does it mean that crab is an amphibian? Crabs are not amphibians. But why can crabs stay long on the land and in the water?

Crabs are unlike frogs (amphibians), because frogs have two respiratory (lung and skin) that can live in two worlds (land and water), while the crabs only have gills. Crabs can not live on land, but can survive on land for 4-5 days by using the water reserves in their gills. So the crabs still can not live without water.
